Refund Policy:
It is our policy to issue refunds within 48 hours
of receiving your request (you may request via e-mail or
phone or by using our Contact Us
form). You'll receive your refund, no questions asked.
Cancellation
Policy:
For products delivered digitally, since those are
delivered immediately, you won't be able to cancel that
aspect of your order. But you can cancel
delivery of the tangible product, if you let us know immediately.
However, we encourage you to try the products out anyway,
and if you're not happy with them, let us know and we'll
issue you a refund within the times specified above.
For specific refund and
cancellation policies regarding our 2010 Mastermind programs,
working with Susan one-on-one, and our private 1-year intensive,
please refer to the specific documentation for the indivdual
programs, as well as your contract.
Shipping and
Delivery Policy:
Digital products are delivered almost immediately.
Upon payment, you will receive e-mail instructions for downloading
your digital files. If you do not receive this e-mail or
experience difficulties downloading your files, contact
us at info@businessinbluejeans.com immediately. If the product
you've purchased has a tangible format (i.e. CD or printed
book), you can expect to receive those items within 2-4
weeks.
If you wish to schedule
coaching/consulting sessions, upon payment you will receive
an e-mail with instructions for scheduling.
When you pay the deposit
any of our programs, you will be notified within
48 hours of submitting your application form if you have
been accepted into the program. If you've been approved,
you will receive an invoice with instructions for paying
for the full program or the payment option you have selected.
If you have not been approved, you will receive an e-mail
and a refund of your original deposit.
